Welcome to the B.Sc in Physiotherapy program at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College. Our comprehensive program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required for a successful career in physiotherapy. The curriculum integrates theoretical learning with practical experience, ensuring a holistic education.

The BPT program is proudly affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Karnataka, ensuring that our curriculum adheres to the highest standards in physiotherapy education. Our affiliation reflects our commitment to delivering quality and up-to-date training.

The B.Sc in Physiotherapy program spans 4 years, including both academic and clinical training. Students engage in a rigorous curriculum covering various aspects of physiotherapy, preparing them for professional practice.

In order to provide individualized attention and foster effective learning, we uphold a restricted annual intake for the BPT program, offering 60 seats per year.

12 seats are assigned based on merit through online counseling conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (kea.kar.nic.in). The allocation of the remaining 48 seats is managed by the administration of Dr B R Ambedkar College of Physiotherapy.
